Oh wow I can't believe some genius created this tribe! I was younger than a lot of you, I bet, when OK came out. I was 12, in 7th grade, and took to it immediately. I was also obsessed with the ad campaign, of course, and called the OK line all the time to get my Feel OK message.
There was extra excitement for me because I wasn't allowed to drink caffeinated pop, so drinking OK was a big F You to my mom. It was sold in the vending machines at the rec center half a block from my house. I had to buy and drink OK in secret after school, and put the cans in the recycling at the rec center (I usually drank it over a game of table tennis with my girlfriends).
All I have is the delicious memory, and that is DEFINITELY NOT OK!

Ah, the old phone messages. I loved that number, and remember calling it well after I couldn't find anymore cases of soda upon the store shelves. -

but yeah, I miss the # too. I remember when John (aka Sione Blackjack) pointed out that it was toll free. I used to call it from payphones as well. It was like free therapy when you were waiting for the bus !!!

Thu, January 10, 2008 - 5:46 PMUsed to call the # on our breaks at work. I cleaned a huge office building at night in collage so we would call from all the different offices so the number would show up on the phone records.
